英文简历关键点及范文

  关键点一:教育背景

  名校、与岗位要求相关的专业,当然是教育背景中最好的“亮点”。如果你的学校不够响亮,你不妨费些笔墨着重介绍一下,把学校网站上的宣传资料捡“闪亮”的,写上一点,比不写要强。

  如果你的专业与应聘的岗位不太相关,不对口,你就需要着重写你的兴趣与爱好,写你的课外学习,写你为你应聘的目标岗位专门做的学习准备与积累,如:参加岗位相关的业余培训、参加相关比赛、参加相关社团活动、社会活动、参加相关的社会实践等等。

  如果没有上述的教育背景,你的简历就会先打上一个“弱”的标签。即使人力资源经理会继续往下看,也先有一个不良的印象,影响后面的判断。

  关键点二:企业背景

  同样,相关行业的名企当然是“亮点”。同样,如果你所工作的企业名气不够响亮,你也不妨费些笔墨着重介绍一下,把公司网站上的宣传资料捡“闪亮”的,写上一点,比不写要强。如果你所工作的企业与应聘企业不同行业,你就需要着重写你的兴趣与爱好,你的业余培训,写你为你应聘的岗位而做的准备与积累,如:兼职工作、岗位引导人、工作以外的师傅等等。

  如果招聘的企业不是校园招聘,通常不会找完全没有岗位相关经验的人,你如果没有相关的工作经历,你的简历又会打上一个“弱”的标签。

  两个“弱”一相加,你的简历就基本没有可能再被看下去,就被“Pass”(放弃)了。

  关键点三:职位、能力与业绩

  考察你以前工作的职位、能力与业绩,人力资源经理的主要目的是:判断你的工作经历是否支能够持你在新的岗位上胜任并做出业绩。

  你的简历中如果包括大量的数据与事实说明你的工作能力、你为原公司做出的贡献,那不仅能抓住人力资源经理眼球,还能使其为之兴奋,这样“强”的简历何愁不得到面试机会?

  关键点:四信誉

  如果你能为你自己的业绩提供有力的证明,提供你在原公司的工作信誉,你还会为简历加一个“强”的标签。

  例如:你在应聘的时候能够拿出前任老板的推荐信,在推荐信上,前任老板充分地肯定了你的工作;或者,你所做过的成功案例,已经成为业界的一个知名案例;或者,你能拿出切实可信的销售数据、工作数据,说明你的工作成绩,等等,这些都足以为你的简历加分。

  关键点五:人际关系

  同样,如果你在原公司的工作为你在行业内积累了深厚的“人脉”,你会为简历再加一个“强”的标签。

  简历是你自己用行为写的,所以,真正重要的是你在工作中的日积月累,这是你求职成功的基石。

  记住,招聘是人力资源经理的工作,他需要为企业招到合适并能干出突出业绩的人,这会成为考评他的业绩指标之一。招聘你会为他加分,他肯定不会放过你,会千方百计地让你来。
