通过增强自我效能提高英语自主学习积极性

论文摘要: 近年来,随着教学主体逐步从教师为中心转向学生为中心,以学生为主体和自主学习已成为外语教育研（略）养和促进学习者自主学习已成为目前英语教学的首要任务.但是,大学生英语从产生自主学习的意识到自主学习实践的转变,并不是简单的直线过程,诸多影响因素的存在使其变得复杂艰难.社会认知学派认为,自我（略）主学习的一个内部因素,可通过目标设置、自我监控、自我评价和策略运用来影响自主学习.基于此,本文从自我效能理论入手,探讨通过自我效能训练这一途径来提高英语自主学习积极性是否可行. 自我效能是个体对自己是否有能力（略）种特定行为的判断,是自信心在某种任务中的具体表现(Bandura,1986).它不仅影响学生目标选择、付出的努力,还会影响他们所选择的学习策略.要想促进学生的自主学习,改善其学习质量,应该把改善学习的自我效能感作为一项重要目标.因此,本文提出两个假设:（略）语自我效能与其英语自主学习积极性正相关;2)通过自我效能训练能改善学习者的自我效能感水平,（略）其英语自主学习的积极性. 作者在邢台学院选取86名大二学生作为研究对象,并分成实验班和控制班,以此来探讨自我...
